No words to describe what an easy experience following the heartache, aggravation and upset of using Ipostparcels.
Your staff on the telephone were more than helpful in dealing with my request. They were pleasant and helpful and tried to get me the best deal for my needs.
Your cheerful and helpful driver arrived within the correct time frame and knew exactly what to do. He also knew where my parcel was going and when it would get there. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
Im sure that my parcel will reach its destination safely and I would use you again. Thank you for an easy experience.

So far so good, but I am getting a little bit nervous due to the parcels not travelling together and one of them has not showed up on the tracking system since 2.00pm yesterday afternoon.. I am a little bit concerned.

I am pleased with DHL so far, although one of my Parcels is yet to show up on the tracking system and a little bit concerned about it.
I have seen one of the CEO's of DHL on the Undercover Boss program, he is a decent person, cares about his employee and I am sure he will uphold the integrity of the company,
I hope to receive my parcels asap.
I will recommend DHL any day based on what I learnt from the Undercover Boss program. I would not mind working for the company.

Missed 2 deliveries when out at work and re-booked for Friday 28th. Made the fatal mistake of 'popping out for 10 mins' and missed DHL. My own fault so... was trying to work out how and when to get to Leeds to collect the parcel when there was a knock on the door earliertoday. The driver was 'in the area' making another delivery and had very kindly decided to try again on a bank holiday. Really appreciated it and told him so - great customer service. Thank you!
