Sending my big Thank You to EVE from the call center - such an amazing customer service. The driver even didn't ring the bell and I just saw the DHL van pulling and then I received txt that they've tried to deliver it ... How? By pulling the van to send a message! I called the customer service line and Eve even didn't let me waste my time explaining - she was just - "Sir, hold on a sec, looks like he is still in the area, let me "catch him" and send him back". In 3 minutes the guy was back and my important delivery was with me. I do believe that the management is checking all those reviews because it is now easy to keep such an amazing staff members in a huge company as DHL! I wish all of them are like Eve! Thank you, Eve! Keep up the good work! Such a pleasant and understanding worker!

parcel got a little lost part way through as delivery was outside normal delivery area and was being delivered by a third party and a phone number missing off the parcel so delivery could not be arranged I spoke to Jave in the Philippines who sorted it all out and parcel delivered the next day and she even phoned up to see if it went all ok.thank you

Arrived home at lunchtime, Friday, to find I'd missed my delivery and was really disappointed cos it was a pair of sandals for my holidays on Monday!! Can't tell you how surprised and DELIGHTED I was when, 10 mins later, doorbell rang and it was delivery man back to see if I was home yet. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Top Man Phil a credit to DHL
Due to my awkward working times, I was unable to be at home to accept a delivery, that evening I changed the delivery location online to a parcel locker near where I work, 50 miles away.
The following morning I had received a couple of missed calls, but I caught the third call and it was a DHL team member from Flint depot called Phil.
He told me the parcel I wanted delivered to a parcel locker was too big and was there anywhere else I would prefer it to be delivered. I found Phil (Known little Phil in the depot) really helpful and friendly and gave a genuine concern about my parcel. The only realistic option was for me to collect from the depot which he gave me clear directions and traffic tips. Overall a good customer experience. A good ambassador for DHL Thanks Phil :)

My dress has come all the way from America to my little village and I only ordered it seven days ago. I had a text message left on my house phone regarding the VAT outstanding which I had not known about-after a quick chat with customer service I paid this on line and the package was here very shortly after that. A very big thank you to all of you and especially the very pleasant young man in the delivery van.

once again DHL have delivered my parcel in good time for my daughters birthday next week.
In Florida. It included 6 china plates to complete a family heirloom teaset. They were just as I packed them even though customs had checked my parcel. This all arrived in 4 days. I was able to watch my family opening it via the magic of skype! Thank you DHL.
