Brilliant service very impressed received text messages to let me know that my delivery was on its way what day it would be delivered and then a time frame too. ... Read more
Brilliant service very impressed received text messages to let me know that my delivery was on its way what day it would be delivered and then a time frame too.
I also love the fact that you can opt to receive a text message from the driver to notify you that you are his next stop.
The driver I had today too was brilliant he even rang me on my mobile to notify me of his arrival. He was very friendly and helpful too.
I would definitely look forward to having a parcel delivered by DHL in the future and would use their services to send a parcel too.

Thank you DHL for an excellent service. I paid £3.99 to have some car parts on next day delivery which is brilliant value especially as you can track your package in real time and you can also amend your delivery slot and/or add instructions such as to leave it with a neighbour. The tracking is invaluable as it means you can see where your parcel is at any given time so if you need to pop out for a short time you don’t need to worry about missing your delivery. The courier was very friendly and courteous. I can’t fault the service I received and it makes a nice change to deal with professionals.
