What a great service, I received a call 20 minutes before arrival as a courtesy call.
Upon arrival I was outside my front door in a panic due to a seperate delivery company dropping off heavy goods and leaving them in the road for me to unrealsitcily pick up by myself as they refused to help bring it in my house.
I was then rescued by the very kind Jason from DHL who not only delivered my goods (physically into my house). But also kindly helped finish the job I expected from the other delivery company.
Jason reached my property in great time with regular updates amoungst going above and beyond with his impeccable customer service. I cannot thank him enough and thanks to Jason I will forever sing DHLs praises and reccomend them to my friends and family.

Somehow these guys manage to get a parcel form Italy to my front door in the UK in under a day. And this is not a one off it's happened several times now.
They never fail to deliver and are always polite and courteous.
I saw inside the DHL van and it was spotless and well organised unlike other companies I,ve had the misfortune of dealing with where everything is just thrown in the back like rubbish (it's not rubbish its people's belongings).
I would highly recommend DHL as one of; if not the best courier company around. Thanks DHL
(note to reader: just one thing though, try not to book through parcel 2go if you can avoid it as you then lose all conection to DHL and may well get an agency driver in a plain white van and DHL bib who doesn't have the same high standards). Book direct or use ipost for the real DHL experience.

Good time keeping, RUDE drivers

Recieved emails and texts to say my parcels would be arriving. Parcel came with in the allotted time frame which was great, unfortunately I was at work so my other half had to sign for all of the above. Delivery driver was rude to her and clearly expected her and my 2 year old daughter to carry heavy gym equipment in my absence which he had blocked our hall way with. We have deliveries from different couriers all day everyday as she runs a business from home, never has she complained to ‘ME’ about the manor of any of the drivers until today. Thanks DHL!

Safe spot if your lucky
What good is it arranging for a parcel to be delivered a safe spot shop if the shop is going to refuse it! Way to go now, no my 7 ... Read more
What good is it arranging for a parcel to be delivered a safe spot shop if the shop is going to refuse it! Way to go now, no my 7 year old has to wait an extra 3 days for his birthday present.
Also thanks for letting me know it had even been refused delivery.
