Efficient service, delivered frozen meat box to parents address. However specific instructions to ring front door bell then take box to back door, my parents are elderly. Now having to take box's contents bit by bit up steps in front door. My mum said you could clearly see the instructions on box, driver did not hang around long enough to say anything. Annoyed.

The lass in the Newbridge ,Edinburgh depot pulled out all the stops to help me, despite me threatening her with no dinner from her husband that night, if my parcel wasn't delivered in time for a very important funeral. She is a star and yes I would recommend and use DHL again
