My seller gave wrong address to DHL so my delivery was refused by the other person. I called and customer service lady Sian Richard fixed the problem. I recieved my delivery within two days. Driver was v polite. He came 8.15 pm so he stretched and work 10 to 15 min more to deliver. I will reccomend and will use DHL . I am V happy with their customers service.

I have been waiting for a delivery of medication but because of Covid 19 the shipment was running very late. There was no number on the address provided by the company when the driver delivered, so out of courtesy, he called but I missed the call.. When I phoned him back and explained it was medication, Colin went out of his way and came straight back so I was not left without my medication over the weekend. I really am so very grateful that Colin was kind enough to do so. Thank you.
