I used DHL to send the key to my electric bike battery as I'd left it at home in Bristol and was already on the Way of the Roses cycle path in Yorkshire.
We did not realise that our neighbour had dropped my key off too late at the DHL safe store for next day delivery on the Friday and so the key was going to be delivered on the Monday which was far too late for me.
I was going to have to abandon the trip (planned months in advance) an called DHL in desperation.
Rebecca, Charlotte and Kathy were amazing, despite some of the calls being late evening and at the weekend.
They arranged for another courier to pick the key up and deliver it to the hotel I was staying in.
I cannot thank them enough for going right out of their way to get this essential key to me, without which I'd have been taking a local taxi from point to point along the way!
