Followed delivery instructions perfectly.

Our house is normally occupied for deliveries but in the delivery window my wife had to leave to assist an elderly relative.
She returned 15 mins after delivery to find the driver had followed the "leave in safe place" instructions perfectly.
I would like to thank the driver for doing this on both parcels.

Needed to send a notarised document overseas, originally tried the Rymans store in Bury but they were having printer issues. Spotted this alternative drop off point - the Safestore receptionist was very friendly and helpful and my document was processed in a matter of minutes . I would have no hesitation to use this drop off point again.

I recently had a delivery issue where the driver attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong address and marked it as undeliverable. After calling to sort out the mistake, I was assured the package would arrive within the hour—but nothing came.
When I contacted DHL Express again, I was helped by Calvin, who explained that the driver had already returned to the depot and that deliveries typically weren’t made that late in the day (around 7pm). Despite this, Calvin went above and beyond to ensure my items were delivered to my correct address later that evening.
His professionalism, dedication, and customer-focused approach were truly outstanding. Calvin turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I’m extremely grateful for his exceptional service.

From the very helpful information online to the amazing help from Holly at the Newport Centre to hearing that although only left at 10.30am on the 1st December the very important package arrived as promised at its final destination in Portugal at 1.30pm today.
The email messages and tracking information kept the recipient and me in contact with the package's exact location throughout.
