Went to Rymans store in Southport. The young lady who dealt with me was great. Not being very good on a computer she did everything by way of filling in all the paperwork. Very impressed.

I needed to send my documents to my home country and I contacted DHL customer service on 7/4/25 at 8am. A lovely lady arranged my collection. Then one of your staff members, his name was Philp, came to my home on 07/04/25 and collected my documents. He is very friendly and helped me to send my documents.

I'd been having problems with a parcel delivery in Switzerland and had to call uk customer service. The agent was so helpful he transferred me to the Swiss customer service and the lady there was very helpful as well. She spoke excellent English and gave advice on how to organise the delivery Thank you to both agents. I'm very impressed but keeping my fingers crossed the parcel will actually arrive .
