With DHL Express, you can expect to see your parcel delivered within 2 working days. This does not factor in delays at customs. To reduce delays please ensure your parcel has all correct documentation and does not contain any prohibited items.
The cost to send a parcel to Saudi Arabia will also depend on the delivery method you choose. All pricing can be seen on our online quote tool. The cheapest way to send a parcel to Saudi Arabia is through a DHL Service Point.
Firstly, choose the method you’re sending your parcel with – either DHL Service Point by dropping your parcel into a store, or arrange a courier collection through DHLitNow or DHL by Phone.
Package your items using one of our FREE packaging boxes available if using DHL Service Point, pack your items using materials such as newspaper or bubble wrap to make sure your items do not move around and get damaged during the delivery. Please remember not to fully seal your parcel before handing the parcel in to be sent as DHL reserves the right to check the contents for security reasons.
Finally, complete your parcel’s label, pay for delivery and send your parcel on its way. You can track a parcel throughout its delivery to see the progress. This tool can be used online, by phone or by text for free.
Make sure to check what you can and can’t send and guidance on how avoid Customs delays. If it’s still not clear, contact DHL Customer Service who will be able to advise you according to the destination that you’re sending to.
